Job Description

D.Joiner Carpentry replaced the old tallow wood T&G timber flooring with new tallow wood T&G flooring.

Before

​

The previous flooring was splinted and had cupped, the client's location is at McMahon’s Point and faces south which is exposed to the harsh weather.

Considering the condition of the flooring we found that it was irreparable so replaced it for the client.

Process

• Full Replacement of Flooring

• The timber - coated with Cutek extreme oil once before it was laid and another coat applied after it was laid. 

• Replaced the handrails as they were all rotted from weather.
